Compensation: $150 per day ($1.40 per stop)

About Redoak Logistics
Redoak Logistics is a rapidly growing FedEx Ground contractor serving the Raleigh/Durham area. We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule & Workload
- Start Time: 8:30 AM
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week (includes 1 weekend day)
- Typical Hours:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Route Details:
- Approximately 125 stops per day
- 35–40 miles daily
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van or box truck
- Load, scan, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Follow GPS directions to efficiently complete assigned routes
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Capable of lifting up to 150 lbs (equipment provided for heavier items)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- No felonies or misdemeanors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving box trucks, cargo vans, or similar delivery vehicles
- Familiarity with the Raleigh/Durham area
