What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the crew leader and project manager to understand project scope
- Load and prepare your truck each morning with all necessary tools and equipment
- Execute landscape and hardscape installations according to the project plan—pavers, retaining walls, plantings, and more
- Follow proper safety guidelines when operating equipment
- Use our simple technology to log job times and document work with photos
- Keep equipment in top shape—regular maintenance and reporting any issues
- Ensure each job is completed with precision and professionalism to exceed client expectations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with snow removal services during the off-season
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to drive a truck with a 20-ft trailer confidently
- Willingness to work overtime when needed, including 10-hour days
- Experience operating professional landscaping equipment (skid steer, excavator, trencher, etc.)
- Knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation techniques
- Concrete experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
