- 1 year of professional landscape or hardscape experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, plantings, drainage, concrete)
- Work closely with crew leaders and project managers
- Load and prep trucks and equipment daily
- Operate and maintain professional landscaping equipment
- Follow safety procedures and job plans
- Use simple mobile tools to track time and document work
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
- Provide quality workmanship that exceeds client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of professional landscape or hardscape experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (Class E preferred; CDL a plus)
- Comfortable driving a truck with a 20-ft trailer
- Experience with equipment such as skid steers, excavators, trenchers (preferred)
- Knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation techniques (preferred)
- Willingness to work overtime when needed (10-hour days at times)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
What You’ll Get:
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay (direct deposit available)
