Who You Are:

• A skilled landscape or hardscape installer with proven leadership experience
• Calm, confident, and able to lead without micromanaging
• Detail-oriented with pride in jobsite quality, efficiency, and safety

• Strong communicator with crew members, management, and clients
• 3 years of professional landscape or hardscape installation experience required

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and train an installation crew on daily landscape and hardscape projects
• Coordinate with project managers to review job plans, materials, and timelines
• Plan daily workflow to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Prepare trucks, trailers, tools, materials, and equipment each morning
• Install a wide range of projects including:
• Pavers and retaining walls
• Plantings and landscape beds
• Drainage solutions
• Concrete work (plus)
• Operate skid steers, excavators, trenchers, and related equipment
• Use company technology to track time, materials, and job progress
• Document installs with photos, notes, and clear communication
• Maintain jobsite organization, safety standards, and equipment care
• Protect client property and represent the company professionally
• Help projects finish on time—or ahead of schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of professional landscape or hardscape installation experience
• Proven experience successfully leading a crew
• Valid driver’s license (Class E preferred; CDL a plus)
• Comfortable towing and maneuvering a truck with a 20–24 ft trailer
• Strong knowledge of:
• Paver and retaining wall installation
• Grades, elevations, and layout fundamentals
• Basic math and material calculations
• Ability to read plans or job packets
• Willingness to work overtime when needed (10-hour days at times)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Concrete experience is a plus
