This position is responsible for directing of the Junior High School Play and effectively provide the best possible education for each participant to develop an appreciation of the activity. Qualifications
- Possess effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate a high level personal integrity and the ability to hold participants and colleagues to high standards of conduct;
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the skills, rules, and strategies of the sport or activity;
- Ability to model or demonstrate techniques, activities, and equipment used to develop fundamental skills
- Ability to develop drill and practice activities that teach and enhance individual and group skill development;
- Ability to differentiate instruction according to the individual needs and abilities of participants;
- Ability to develop and execute effective plans based on the abilities of participants
- Ability to plan and enforce appropriate health and safety regulations and ensure the welfare of students at all times;
- Consistently maintains a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor;
