What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN)-On-call Nurse position at Red Oak Hospice?
Full-Time RN On-Call Nurse needed! Rotating one week on and one week off for our Hospice and Palliative Care patients. Week on Hours are Monday thru Friday, 4:30pm overnight until 8:30am and 24 hours on-call Saturday and Sunday. Followed by the following week off. Responsibilities of phone triage and visits as needed, night admissions if scheduled, routine visits if needed to assist Case management. Looking for an independent, organized, reliable nurse to join our team! 401K, PTO, Health Insurance, Vision/Dental.
