Our expertise spans sourcing, sales, marketing, culinary activation and go-to-market execution across foodservice, retail and specialty distribution channels. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to support brand-building, product commercialization and sales enablement initiatives across our expanding portfolio of imported food brands.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is a highly cross-functional role supporting Marketing, Sales and Product Management. This individual will play a critical role in bringing products to market and ensuring the organization has the tools, content, and information needed to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Support
• Coordinate trade shows, customer events, sampling programs, and distributor trainings
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars, presentations, sell sheets, and product guides
Product & Content Management
• Maintain product information, specifications, certifications and commercial content
• Support SKU onboarding, barcode management and product commercialization workflows
• Coordinate product photography, creative assets and agency partners
• Manage SharePoint repositories and digital asset libraries
• Coordinate website, email and social media content updates
Reporting & Operations
• Track activations, sample programs and distributor engagement
• Support CRM administration and data management
• Assist with SSI collection and commercial reporting
• Maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting
• Ensure product and marketing data remain accurate across systems

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong working knowledge of creative platforms such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and related tools
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, sales support or product management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PIM, Syndigo, GS1, ERP or related systems is a plus
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation Range: $100k – $130k commensurate with experience
