Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial BDM to lead the development and expansion of our
premium Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive oil brand across the United States in the food service channel, with a primary focus on target territories. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of both the end-user environment (restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups) and the food service distribution network. The BDM will be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing strategic distributor network, and expanding placements within key food service and hospitality accounts.
Key Responsabilities
Account Management
• Build relationships with multi-unit restaurant groups and hospitality companies.
• Collaborate with key accounts to integrate the brand into beverage programs and menu strategies.
• Support launch initiatives for new placements and maintain ongoing engagement with key partners.
Distributor Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key sales figures inside food service distributors.
• Engage closely with distributor sales teams to drive education, menu placements, and account penetration.
• Support distributors through training sessions, ride-alongs, and joint sales initiatives.
Market Development
• Lead brand awareness in the territories assigned.
• Identify and secure placements in key restaurant groups, fine dining restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues.
• Develop strategic plans to increase brand visibility and consumption within the premium dining segment.
Skills Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years’ experience in food service, beverage, or specialty imports.
• Strong understanding of food service distribution and restaurant operations.
• Experience working with , imported products, or hospitality-focused companies preferred.
• Proven existing portfolio of food service operators and restaurant groups.
• Established relationships within the Northeast restaurant and distributor network is a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in the market.
