The Concrete General Laborer supports concrete operations by performing general labor taks such as preparing job sites, moving materials, and assisting concrete finishers. This position is essential to ensuring job sites are safe, organized, and ready for production.
Daily Responsibilities
This position offers a competitive pay ranging from $20.00/hr to $26.00/hr. In addition, we provide health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.

The Concrete General Laborer supports concrete operations by performing general labor taks such as preparing job sites, moving materials, and assisting concrete finishers. This position is essential to ensuring job sites are safe, organized, and ready for production.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including setting forms, grading, and compact subgrades.
- Load, unload, and stage concrete materials and tools.
- Assist finishers during placement, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow instructiomns from supervisors and work cooperatively with the crew.
- Adhere to company safety standards and were required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to learn quickly and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
