Car Wash Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Service Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality service for our customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing a car wash, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train car wash staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
• Monitor and maintain car wash equipment and chemical inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Track sales, expenses, and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing a full-service car wash is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of car wash equipment, chemicals, and maintenance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
