Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your friendly demeanor and attention to detail, will create memorable dining moments. Whether guiding guests through menus or upselling specialty items, you’ll play a key part in fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS , ensuring quick and correct processing
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems; manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
