SCHOOL-BASED THERAPIST
Green Local Schools | Full-Time, Follows School Calendar
Red Oak Behavioral Health is hiring passionate, licensed mental health professionals to join our school-based team! Help children and families thrive while enjoying a work-life balance that supports you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to K–12 students
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners
- Document sessions within 48 hours (required for compensation)
- Participate in trainings, supervision, and team meetings

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT)
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and professional liability insurance

Salary : $50,000 - $60,500
