Red Oak Apartment Homes is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Tech to join our Maintenance Team.

We are looking for a dependable, skilled individual who likes to learn, be challenged and has good organizational skills. This position requires a hard-working, motivated and reliable person. We are willing to train the right person.
This position offers full time work.
Duties Include:
Handling Service requests for repairs and improvements.
Prepare vacant residential apartments to market ready conditions.
Perform various non-technical functions such as maintaining exterior, cleaning, grounds equipment repair and preventative maintenance, caulking, painting and lock repair.
On-call emergency maintenance rotation required.
Assist with snow removal.
Complete other tasks as required.
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation are required.
Ideal candidate is hardworking, trustworthy, punctual and has a sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks.
Bilingual is a plus.
