What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Red Mug Construction?
We’re seeking a Project Manager who takes full ownership of residential and multi-unit projects. This is not a coordination role—you will be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Compensation: $70K–$80K base performance bonus (up to $10K), with a clear path to $90K as responsibilities grow and performance is proven.
What you’ll do:
- Run multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Coordinate subs, vendors, and inspections
- Manage budgets, timelines, and day-to-day execution
- Communicate directly with clients and resolve issues proactively
- Identify problems early and drive solutions without escalation
What we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years experience in residential or multi-unit construction
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects (not just assist)
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Clear communicator with clients, subs, and internal team
