What You'll Do
- Make and receive calls with established customers (no cold calling)
- Sell products over the phone and accurately enter sales orders
- Answer customer questions, respond to emails, and resolve order issues
- Assist with social media content and engagement
- Support warehouse operations including pulling, packing, and showroom assistance
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and easy to talk to
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A team player who's willing to jump in wherever needed
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
- Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month (8:00am–2:00pm) and three Sundays during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day).
- Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a minimum of one year.
Pay: $16/hr
