Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls with established customers (no cold calling)
- Sell products over the phone and accurately enter sales orders
- Answer customer questions, respond to emails, and resolve order issues
- Assist with social media content and engagement
- Pull and pack orders, and help out on the showroom floor as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Comfortable building rapport and chatting on the phone
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A "jump in and help" mindset
- 1 year of work experience (retail, food service, customer service, or similar) preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old

SCHEDULE:
Monday and Wednesday: 7:00am-4:00pm as well as Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm
Must be able to work three Sundays per year during peak floral seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day)
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
