Fulfillment Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Red Mountain Wholesale Florist – Provo, UT
$16/hr starting | Full-time (~40 hrs/week) or part-time (~26 hrs/week)

Red Mountain is a wholesale florist supplying fresh flowers and hard goods to florists, event planners, and retailers. We're a small, hands-on team, and our days are busy, especially around the big flower holidays. Our fulfillment team works with fresh flowers and supplies every day, and it's a fast-paced, satisfying job where your attention to detail really matters. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps things running, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
Full-time (benefits eligible):
Monday and Wednesday, 8:00am–7:00pm, and Thursday and Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm, with Tuesdays off. We do ask for:
- One Saturday a month, occasionally two (8:00am–2:00pm)
Part-time (eligible for employee discounts):
Monday and Wednesday, 1:00pm–7:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00pm–5:00pm, and every Saturday, 8:00am–2:00pm, with Fridays off.
Both positions also ask for:
- A few Sundays during our busiest seasons, Valentine's Day (February), Mother's Day (May), and Memorial Day (May), about 3-4 per year
Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to at least one year.
What You'll Do
- Pull and pack floral and supply orders accurately and with care
- Prepare products for customer pickup or driver delivery
- Help customers in person and over the phone as needed
- Restock shelves and keep a clean, organized workspace
- Help with inventory counts at the end of your shift
- Pitch in around the warehouse and with other departments as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required, and we'll train you
Physical Requirements
Able to stand and move throughout the day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in and out of a refrigerated cooler.
