As a Tony Award winning Broadway Producer and more than 47-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Ticketing Manager to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community.
The Ticketing Manager owns the intersection of revenue and relationship management. You will be the primary architect of our CRM software, responsible for everything from event builds to high-level sales analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of box office/CRM management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including CRM software experience
- Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conflict resolution and/or customer service
