Operating from our state-of-the-art Arts Campus, this leader will shape our public presence, develop both earned and contributed revenue across all lines of business.

The Director of Marketing serves as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and amplifying the theatre’s public presence while driving earned and contributed revenue across all lines of business. This role blends creative vision with data-informed decision-making to position the organization as an essential cultural asset within the community. By guiding cohesive messaging, cultivating meaningful relationships, and stewarding the brand experience across touchpoints, the Director ensures that marketing efforts not only attract and retain audiences but also support education programs, donor engagement, partnerships, and ancillary income streams. Ultimately, this leader connects storytelling to mission and revenue, aligning marketing initiatives with organizational goals to sustain growth, expand access, and deepen community impact.
Salary Range:
· $60,000-$70,000 // Full-time, on-site position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields
- 6-8 years in a leadership marketing position or similar organizational experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to lead and work under pressure
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Adwords, Google My Business, Social Media Platforms, Basic Photoshop, photography
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including night and weekends
