Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sleep and Furniture Specialist to join our team at our Scottsboro, AL location. As a Sleep and Furniture Specialist, you will assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture that fit their needs, provide product recommendations, and maintain a high level of knowledge about the store’s offerings. Your responsibilities will also include achieving sales goals, handling customer inquiries, maintaining the showroom’s appearance, and contributing to a positive shopping experience through exemplary customer service and dedication.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to address questions and recommend products
• Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a retail environment
• Knowledge or interest in sleep solutions and furniture with a willingness to learn about product specifications
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting customers
• Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve store success
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or furniture experience is a plus
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, accommodating the physical demands of the role
