The Human Resources Director will oversee HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership, advising on employee development, and collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and developing HR policies
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior-level HR leadership role
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Birmingham, AL
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus
