General Helper/Laborer

Red Moon Elite is seeking motivated General Helpers/Laborers to support construction site operations in the Box Springs, GA area.

Ideal candidates will have prior construction site or labor experience, but we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to work on a major industrial project and gain hands-on experience.

Compensation:

$23-$25/HR (Depending on experience) $100/Per Diem (Per days worked)

Schedule:

7-12's

7AM-7PM

Job Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with general construction activities including material handling, site cleanup, and tool/equipment transport.
• Support skilled tradesmen during layout, installation, and assembly tasks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior general labor or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background check (per client requirements).

Functional Requirements:

• Assist in loading, unloading, and staging materials and equipment.
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled trades.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, and structures; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating eye-hand movements to operate tools/equipment; lifting 30–50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects and equipment; standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, crouching/squatting, crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.

Mental Involvement:
Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; understanding and following oral and written directions; reading and interpreting instructions; recognizing and reporting safety hazards.

Work Environment Factors:

• Location: Industrial construction site
• Mobility Barriers: Uneven ground, obstructed pathways, work performed at elevated heights or confined spaces
• Climate/Environmental Conditions: Outdoor environment; exposure to extreme hot/cold weather, humidity, rain; varying noise levels; potential exposure to dust, debris, and chemical substances
