This full-time Marketing & Business Development Associate position is an on-site role based in Morristown, NJ. The role includes responsibilities such as lead generation, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, creating impactful presentations, and assisting in the development of strategic marketing initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure the company’s marketing efforts align with business objectives.

• Strong Presentation and Presentations skills, including the ability to create and communicate engaging content effectively to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and techniques for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
• Expertise in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor insights, and potential client needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Ability to think strategically, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is preferred
