What You'll Do
As our Equipment Mechanic, you'll be responsible for keeping our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance on golf course equipment and small engines
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Repairing and replacing worn, damaged, or defective components
- Maintaining and servicing golf carts and utility vehicles
- Sharpening, adjusting, and maintaining reel and rotary mowing equipment
- Inspecting equipment for safety and operational performance
- Maintaining maintenance records and parts inventory
- Assisting with equipment upgrades and improvements
- Communicating repair needs and equipment status with golf course leadership
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Supporting golf course operations and assisting with grounds maintenance when needed

Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring:
- Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds

- Ability to work on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions
