This is a full-time, on-site position located in Florence, KY. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, effectively manage staff, and uphold company standards for food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities include hiring and training team members, maintaining customer satisfaction, leading team communication, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role requires strategic thinking and adaptability to achieve business goals while fostering a positive team environment.
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with a focus on enhancing the guest dining experience
- Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to build a strong and cohesive workforce
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and guests, promoting a collaborative environment
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and inventory management
- Ability to lead by example, inspire team members, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Red Lobster’s standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; preference for candidates with relevant certifications or experience in restaurant management
