Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily service.
- Set up workstations and ensure all ingredients are ready.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines for prep tasks.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Support line cooks and chefs during busy service periods.
- Uphold Main Street Hospitality's culinary excellence.
- Perform any additional relevant tasks requested by management.
Education & Experience:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic food preparation and safety.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a productive pace without sacrificing quality.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Professional Characteristics:
- Passionate about culinary arts and hospitality.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
