Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee reservation systems, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support hotel management in daily administrative tasks and staff coordination
- Maintain high standards of guest relations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and efficiency to uphold the hotel's reputation
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with front desk functions, including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff and support team development
- Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable
