We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Red Lion Inn & Suites in Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Collaborate with management to develop maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in training junior staff on maintenance procedures.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues.
- Support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English; customer service orientation is a plus.
- Experience with welding is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
