Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented beautifully.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS system.
- Support bussing duties to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
