As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your core skills in clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
This is a customer service based position where front desk agents check guests in and out while assisting them with any needs such as extra towels, directions, etc. Other job requirement includes light cleaning tasks. Weekends and holidays are required. Shifts are 3PM-11PM. Must have valid drivers license. Seeking friendly, team oriented individual.
