Our team captures high-quality digital media to showcase properties, and we’re seeking a dedicated Real Estate Photographer to join our growing, faith-driven team. What You’ll Do
- Capture stunning digital media, including photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and drone footage.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with clients, homeowners, and team members.
- Arrive promptly and safely to photoshoot locations across Pinellas County, requiring significant driving.
- Upload media for processing using a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Embrace our training process to master our specific media capture techniques.

- Local: A current resident of Pinellas County, FL.
- Prepared for Driving: Comfortable driving throughout Pinellas county on a daily basis.
Requirements
- No photography experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- Must have or obtain a Part 107 drone certification within 4 weeks of hire (we’ll guide you!).
- Own a reliable, economical vehicle for frequent job-related travel.
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for media uploads.
- Independent practice after training, including camera and drone practice shoots to build competency.
Training & Support
We offer 1 month of hands-on training to equip you with our processes for photography, videography, 3D tours, floor plans, and drone operation. After training, you’ll transition to working independently, with ongoing team support. Depending on your competency level, additional independent practice shoots may be needed to ensure proficiency.
