Public Area Attendant Job Description
The Public Area Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of public spaces across the property. This position ensures that golf comfort stations, restrooms, locker rooms, and surrounding areas remain clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming for members and guests.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
This position operates during the spring, summer, and fall seasons in a mountain environment. We enjoy mostly beautiful weather, also accompanied by some hot as well as cold days. This position is active and can involve increased amounts of walking, bending, kneeling, and may be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. During less busy times, there may be periods of extended standing.
Employees are required to be able to navigate the golf course; have knowledge of the hours of operation for Golf, Clubhouse, Juniper Grill, Sage Bistro, Wellness Center, and Village Pool; and check cart path, grass, and wood chips for garbage. Employees will wear the assigned uniform and name badge, looking neat and clean each shift.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Public Area Attendant Job Description
The Public Area Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of public spaces across the property. This position ensures that golf comfort stations, restrooms, locker rooms, and surrounding areas remain clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming for members and guests.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Operate and maintain two golf course comfort stations (refreshment stations and restrooms)
- Open stations on time and ensure they are fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Monitor stations throughout the day to maintaincleanliness and replenish supplies
- Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and functioning properly
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of backstock rooms and refrigerators
- Assistwith receiving, organizing, and putting away food and beverage deliveries
- Monitor inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies and report needs to management
- Empty designated trash containers throughout the property
- Maintain locker room laundry and general housekeeping tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Public Area utility cart
- Safely operate a utility cart while traveling throughout the property
- Assist other departments, including pool operations, when additional support is needed
- Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits while working independently
