About the Role
The Neighborhood Watch Associate provides a visible, reassuring presence throughout the community while supporting residents, guests, and daily operations. This is not a law-enforcement or security-guard position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout the property
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable presence
- Observe and report safety or property concerns
- Respond calmly to resident questions or issues
- Assist with parking, deliveries, and construction activity awareness
- Support speed awareness and noise concerns using a service-oriented approach
- Provide coverage at Greeter Cottages as needed
- Assist with events, breaks, and operational support
- Pick up roadside trash and help keep the community clean
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
Schedule & Requirements
- Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or as assigned)
- Flexibility for holidays and special events
- Company vehicle provided for work-related use

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
