Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food plant manufacturing environment is preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is helpful, not required. Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP), and food safety preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability. Maintains a positive outlook and able to work cross-functionally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Exhibits adaptability in working hours and demonstrates the ability to collaborate with all team members. Night shift and overtime are required with occasional weekend shifts. Noise level is usually moderate. PPE is required on the production floor.
