About the Role:
As the Project Developer, you will serve as the key liaison between clients, design, and production teams, guiding homeowners through the high-end design-build process. This role blends strategic planning, project management, and consultative sales expertise, ensuring projects transition seamlessly from concept to construction.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to assess needs & renovation goals
- Guide clients through budget expectations, feasibility, and project planning
- Present and sell high-value, luxury home renovation projects
- Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets during pre-construction
- Collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams for seamless execution
- Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before construction
- 5-7 years in high-end remodeling, residential design/architecture, or luxury sales
- Strong knowledge of pre-construction planning
- Expertise in design-build project management & construction feasibility
- Strong leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and project teams
- Ability to read and approve construction estimates
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, and project management software
- Knowledge of the Sandler Sales Methodology (a plus)
- Degree or strong background in Architecture, Construction Management, or Business (MA/MBA or PMP a plus)
