We are looking for a leader who takes on the role with responsibility, a willingness to do what it takes, teach your staff, be their support. This is a fine dining establishment that also has banquet space. Experience in both is needed. Creativity is a plus and being a team player is a must.

- Possess both personality and depth
- Minimum 8 years kitchen/Hospitality experience
- Be willing to work the standard: weekends, 8-10 hour days and holidays
