What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Host/Hostess position at Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar Southaven?
Responsible for welcoming customers and patrons to a food service environment ensuring that they are attended to with haste and quality service. Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment, have a strong sense of awareness, and must be able to retain information well. Other duties may include; answering phone calls, helping patrons choose an item on the menu that suits their needs well, and maintain a wait list on busy days.
