RHMG builds and installs mobile solar power systems that keep military and government fleet vehicles running in the field — no grid, no downtime. We work directly with the Department of Defense and federal agencies, outfitting HMMWVs, JLTVs, FMTVs, and other tactical platforms with solar kits that extend range and reduce dependence on fuel resupply.
We're a small company, which means every installer on our crew isn't just a name on a roster. Your work is visible, your craftsmanship matters, and the vehicles you outfit go on to support real missions. No two installs are exactly the same — different vehicles, different sites, different conditions — so you'll stay sharp and keep building real, hands-on skills. We move fast, hold a high bar for quality, and back up the people who meet it.
What You'll Do
- Execute full solar kit installations on military and commercial fleet vehicles per RHMG Solar SOP
- Travel frequently to installation sites, including out-of-state and occasional out-of-country assignments
- Meet time, QA/QC, and professionalism thresholds to qualify for performance bonuses
- Maintain accurate photo documentation and paperwork for every vehicle installed
- Follow all safety protocols and RHMG field operation standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and REAL ID
- Valid passport (for out-of-country travel)
- OSHA certification preferred — RHMG will cover training costs for candidates who need it.
- Have to be willing to submit to a background check
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with limited notice
Pay: Market-competitive compensation program; bi-weekly direct deposit
After 90-day probationary period: Bonus-eligible quarterly performance bonus program
