What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Red Herring?
A Red Herring bartender is proficient in delivering efficient and excellent service while constantly balancing competing priorities. We are a high-volume, high-end restaurant and lounge with an emphasis on food service.
The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, and is seeking an opportunity to sharpen those skills. They have experience bartending in a craft bar environment and have a working knowledge of all that entails: spirits, technique, roundbuilding, and working within teams. They have open availability of at least 3 nights per week.
Note that all new hires, regardless of position, begin as hosts and bussers as training shifts to learn our service style and menus.
Requirements
- 6 months experience bartending in a craft cocktail beverage program
- Intrinsically motivated towards growth and education within food and beverage service
- Works well in fast-paced teams, offering clear communication and support

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
