Class to be held Tuesday -Saturday 07/07/2026 thru 07/18/2026, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
PART 1: Blackjack - unpaid
PART 2: Contingent upon successful completion/audition of Blackjack, secondary game training - will be paid to attend

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Protects and controls specific game assigned.
• Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities.
• Advises the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
• Informs the Floor Supervisor or other more senior Table Games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
• Utilize ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere.
• Notify a Floor Person of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.
• Keeps abreast of, and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
• Responsible to learn new games when provided appropriate training.
• Maintains current knowledge of gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Meeting the department standards for game pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven dealer experience, or having successfully passed an audition on the assigned game(s) required.
• Basic knowledge of all casino and departmental policies & procedures required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
