Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for PT Swim Instructors for our Summer Season (approximate dates 5/15-9/30). The Swim Instructor is responsible for providing consistent, quality private swim instruction.

Key Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:
- Provide quality swim instruction to early swimmers in a private appointment only setting.
- Establish clear objectives and goals based on participant ability and maintain a supportive and positive environment.
- Adhere to swim and pool safety standards.
- Effectively communicates with students, parents, and managers.
- Follow pool rules and directions from Lifeguard.
- Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
- Create a fun and safe environment for early swimmers.
- Communicate with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.
- Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPR, First Aid.
- Experience required.
Other Qualifications:
- WSI certification preferred.
- Must love working with children.
Salary : $18
