What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Red Hawk Golf and Resort?
Red Hawk Golf and Resort is now hiring for a Full Time Housekeeper (35-40 hours/week). Full Benefits, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, 401K, Free Golf, and more are available.
$16 /hour, depending on experience
Early morning hours (start time of 6 or 7am), weekends required
Essential Duties:
Maintains and cleans all public areas and bathrooms of the resort.
Responsible for cleaning 9 guest rooms, turning rooms over quickly while maintaining a high level of cleanliness according to Red Hawk standards.
Provides daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, and restroom facilities.
Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
Must have outstanding customer service and be able to interact with resort guests and members.
Inspects unit readiness status and communicates with the front desk to update on status and special requests (re-checks).
Communicates with Front Desk and Villa Manager on all issues.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
Must have excellent time management skills, and be able to work as a team or independently.
Must have current driver’s license, will drive housekeeping cart on property.
