Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring a motivated, organized Full-Time Golf Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and special events. This role works closely with the Tournament Coordinator, Golf Operations, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable events for all participants.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Assistant Tournament Coordinator supports the planning and execution of all confirmed group events at Red Hawk Golf and Resort. This position becomes the main internal point of contact, coordinating details to ensure every tournament experience exceeds service standards. This role requires organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic resort environment. Assists with other areas of Golf Operations.
- Tournament Set-Up & Break down: Assist in Tournament set-up and logistics.
- Contracts & Deposits: Creating contract proposals, securing signed contracts and deposits.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Golf Management Team, food and beverage teams, and outside services to ensure smooth execution for tournament and/or event.
- Other job duties as assigned to support the Golf Management team.
- Organization: High attention to detail for managing complex event schedules.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with sponsors and golfers.
- Technology:
- Proficiency with tournament software and office software.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to resolve issues quickly during live events.
- Regular and Reliable attendance required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in golf operations, or event management preferred.
- Knowledge of golf rules and tournament formats, preferred.
