Red Hawk Golf and Resort is now hiring for seasonal part-time Beverage Cart Attendants to join our team. The Beverage Cart Attendant provides food and beverage service to the guests of the property. All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
- Driving the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to serve food and beverages to guests
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use, and inventory all product at the end of shift
- Operate POS, handle cash, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedures
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
- Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks as needed
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, cooks, and front of the house employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to Nevada state law
- Must have an Alcohol Awareness Card
- Bartending/Serving/Cocktail experience required, with preference given to candidates that have prior Beverage Cart experience
- Knowledge of the game of golf helpful
- Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must be dependable
- Must be available weekends and holidays
