Duties And Responsibilities
- Protects and controls specific game assigned.
- Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities.
- Advises the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
- Informs the Floor Supervisor or other more senior Table Games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
- Utilize ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere.
- Notify a Floor Person of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.
- Keeps abreast of, and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
- Responsible to learn new games when provided appropriate training.
- Maintains current knowledge of gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Meeting the department standards for game pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven dealer experience, or having successfully passed an audition on the assigned game(s) required.
- Basic knowledge of all casino and departmental policies & procedures required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
