About the Job
The Business Systems Analyst exercises judgment when following general instructions and is responsible for working with minimal supervision to support data analysis and system improvements. This role focuses on resolving routine and semi-routine technical issues of limited complexity. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements and support the development of data-driven solutions to enhance the health and sustainability of business systems.

- Collect, document, and analyze input from stakeholders, customers, and technology users to understand business needs and requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and document strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions.
- Develop and prioritize requirements, epics, and user stories for new system releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create visualized presentations of key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project activities and ensure successful completion of system enhancements.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of system health and sustainability by applying data analysis techniques.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
