Director of Operations

RED Group is growing! We're hiring a Director of Operations to support our Louisiana offices, based out of either our Metairie or Lafayette office.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Execution Operations

• Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and profitability targets; manage P&L, invoicing, and staffing.
• Drive proposal/bid development and support account management and sales efforts.
• Oversee team performance and assist with recruiting efforts

Revenue Growth

• Identify and pursue new clients and support growth in existing accounts.
• Lead proposal/RFP development and provide technical support in sales.
• Participate in strategic sales planning and growth initiatives.

Geo Region

• Represent RED Group to build brand awareness with clients, recruits, and community.
• Lead recruiting and office management, supporting geo-based team members.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies, coordinating with leadership and other regions.

Delivery

• Provide technical, quality, and commercial leadership on projects and act as account lead.
• Consult with strategic clients on high-level automation and technology initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery and contribute to product/offering development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive industrial control systems or related industry experience in engineering, design, or commercial leadership. Experience in technical or commercial leadership of teams in the execution of project scopes is preferred.
• Ability to partner with clients, vendors, and other team members to manage and deliver projects
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills .
