NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – Strategic Talent Advisor (Remote)
I’m currently supporting a search for a Strategic Talent Advisor to join a global Talent Acquisition COE supporting a major enterprise environment.
This is a highly consultative recruiting role focused less on transactional recruiting and more on stakeholder partnership, hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent advisory.
Location:
• Remote
• Must be able to attend onsite hiring events/job fairs in Fort Worth and potentially other U.S. locations
Duration:
• Initial 6-month contract
What they’re looking for:
• 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Strong consultative partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Experience working within a COE/shared services/global TA model preferred
• Ability to leverage recruiting data, dashboards, and market insights to drive hiring decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
This role partners closely with sourcing teams, TA coordinators, HRBPs, and business leaders to own hiring strategy and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Comp:
• Up to $50/hr C2C
• Up to $42/hr W2
Open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. who can travel as needed for hiring events.
