What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR-IS Project Manager (SuccessFactors) HYBRID position at RED Global?
RED is looking for a strong HR-IS Project Manager (SuccessFactors) to work 50% remote and 50% onsite Houston, TX.
Tasks
- As internal HR-IS Project Manager articulate the client’s vision and defined project scope to systems integrator and stakeholders
- Conduct meetings or workshops with stakeholders, implementation partners and business users and
- Orchestrate the work of the implementation, create and maintain project charter, roles and responsibilities, project plan, definitions of scope and requirements, and meeting schedules
- Document backlogs, agreements and change requests, with approvals or adverse decisions
- Collaborate with internal SAP team and SAP SuccessFactors systems integrator
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors as SuccessFactors Consultant for the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goals incl. AI, Compensation, Onboarding, People Analytic
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as HR-IS Project Manager
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good understanding of HRM processes
- Very good communication skills
- Previous Experience with AI projects in an HR context very much desired
