Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure satisfaction.
• Mix and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage POS systems Aldelo POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, dining space, and during food handling.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations, and process payments securely.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aldelo POS/Pay
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling tasks.
• Previous experience in serving, bartending roles is required.
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus for supporting food prep or assisting kitchen staff when needed.
