Investor-Level CFO Partner Wanted – RED Fashion School

RED Fashion School is seeking a CFO Partner with an investor mindset to join at a strategic level and help scale the company into a high-growth, internationally recognized brand.

This role is designed for someone who thinks beyond accounting — a capital allocator, deal-maker, and growth strategist.

Role Overview

As CFO Partner, you will act as a co-architect of the business, responsible for financial strategy, fundraising, scaling systems, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCapital & Fundraising

- Develop fundraising strategy (angel, VC, strategic investors)

- Build investor decks and financial models

- Lead investor conversations

- Structure deals and financing terms

Financial Strategy & Growth Planning

- Design long-term financial strategy

- Build projections and financial models

- Optimize revenue streams

- Drive profitability and growth

Scaling & Expansion

- Identify scalable opportunities

- Support international expansion

- Execute partnerships and acquisitions

Strategic Partnerships

- Build relationships with investors, brands, and institutions

- Negotiate partnerships for growth

Business Infrastructure

- Establish scalable financial systems

- Prepare for investment rounds and due diligence

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in fundraising or venture capital

- Proven track record in scaling businesses

- Strong investment network

- Strategic and execution-focused

- Interest in fashion/creative industries (plus)

Partnership Structure

This is a C-level partner role with equity or revenue share opportunity.
